suing Vodafone (small claim): address of local store or HQ?

I'm about to sue Vodafone in the small claims court. Should I use the
address of the local store (which is in Devon), or the registered
address of the company itself (in Berkshire)?

I've asked "what is the company's address for legal service?" both at
the store and over the phone to their customer service "persons", and
both have refused to say.

Also - am I right in thinking that the normal district in which to
file the claim would be at the court that's local to the store?

Thanks!

It is their registered office (look it up on companieshouse.gov.uk.

Make sure that you mention that the dispute relates to a contract where you
live with your local store etc. - otherwise they may try and move the case
to where their head office is.

That seems unnecessary. A corporate defendant does not benefit from an
automatic transfer under Part 26 and any application the phone company may
make to the court can be contested at that time.

File at _your_ local County Court Office.
You can even file a claim online. If you will be suing the company as
an individual, you have the right to have the case heard at your local
count.

BTW: Have you exhausted all options to try to settle without going to
court? Court should be a last resort.
