Today (Wednesday) marks a full week since placing my order (72 hours was
promised), I sent an email yesterday and today - which were both ignored.

Getting through by phone is a pain in the arse - even sales! The support
extension is just a recorded message stating they don't do support by phone.

When I finally got through to sales and pointed out that both my emails to
support had been ignored, they told me they were waiting on delivery and
would send the order out on Monday - they could have told me that in replies
to the emails they chose to ignore.

After reading that I have had 8 hours sleep, brilliant.

After reading that I have had 8 hours sleep, brilliant.
That's probably a symptom of some mental illness.
