I Need Eveyones help

I am being held hostage by a corrupt letting agent who charge me £975
per month rent for no heating, no hot water, a faulty boiler and a
house that is totally live no earth and inproper wiring. I am afraid
for my ten year old daughters safety. I have started a campaign to
stop corrupt letting agents hiding behind legal loopholes. Please help
