They don't have one, at least not that's publicly listed anywhere. You
can use the online form without signing in by followng this link:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=&type=email&skip=true#csTop

Or, you could phone them on 0800 496 1081.

Thank you. Is it the case that companies operating in the UK need to
have a postal address (not necessarily in the UK) that paper documents
can be set to? If it is, do you know what amazon.co.uk's address is?

It's exciting, isn't it?

They "trade" from the Channel Islands in order to avoid VAT.

Yes. As far as I'm aware, it's also a requirement for that to be on
their website.

I've also managed to find their UK postal address:

Amazon.co.uk
Customer Accounts
1-9 The Grove
Slough
Berkshire SL1 1QP
United Kingdom

This doesn't appear anywhere on the website, as far as I can see, but
they told me what it was in response to a message via their online
form. Maybe if more people were to ask for basic contact information
such as this, they might get the message that it needs to be displayed
somewhere prominent on the site.
