May one receive food in the post from abroad? Since there are
restrictions on what one can bring in through customs, I assume there
are on what can be posted also.

I know a series of adverts is currently running about not bring food back
from outside of the EU countries, so I'd imagine one could get anything
confiscated if it was discovered.I doubt if you could get prosecuted, or
whether action would be taken against the sender.
