I left a case of beer in my garage and today I noticed the thermometer in
there had gone down to -3C.

Are my 24 cans of beer now kaput?

Had the same, no probs so far but have left the cans to "warm up" for
a day or two. If the can's not "popped" open it should be fine.

Until Tesco do 24 x 440ml Carlsberg for £10 again I am not willing to
run any tests! My garage has got to about -6.5°C, and the car (not in
the garage at the moment) to -11°C since the last lot I bought.

They frothed a bit more vigorously when I cracked the ring pull but the beer
seems otherwise fully functional.

The relief here is palpable, hope you didn't test too many too
quickly!

5 cans - it was probably the 2 large JDs that did the damage tho.
